Annual Dues
This is just a reminder that the due date has
been changed to February. This change was put in place to ensure the
successful and balanced operation of our budget. This
change makes sure that there is money in place to provide for
all of the necessary payments throughout the year. Our
insurance is due early in the year and the landscaping starts
in the early spring. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Garage Sale Notice
Our annual garage sale is scheduled
by the discussion in the annual
meeting. There will be a notice placed in the newspaper
(ad paid by the association) to specify any larger or unique
items within the neighborhood. If you have something
you would like mentioned, please e-mail us (click on the BLUE
MAILBOX located here on the website) or contact one of the
board members so we can get your item in the ad.
